How Secure Is Information About Me?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

 

We do not retain any of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

 

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer, and do not share or otherwise make your login or personal information available to others.

 

 

Credit Card Data Protection

All credit card processing for donations or purchases is undertaken by either PayPal or Payscapes. FTLOAH retains no credit card data from the credit card processing. The data protection policies of PayPal or Payscapes (as appropriate) govern your credit card transaction.

 

 

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy

 

How To Return An Item
Any item purchased from FTLOAH must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

 

Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

FTLOAH does not refund donations.

 

Restocking Fee
All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

 

 

What About Third-Party Advertisers and Links to Other Websites?

Our site may include third-party advertising and links to other Web sites. We do not provide any personally identifiable customer information to these advertisers or third-party Web sites.
